摘要
以某排海管工程为例,对Q235和Q355钢材在超长距离顶管中的应用做了比较,在钢管应力和变形计算的基础上,对两种材料钢管壁厚进行了比选,对钢管在反复顶力作用下的应力变化进行了分析,论证了Q355钢材在超长距离顶管中的优势,且不必考虑疲劳应力的影响。
This paper compares the application of Q235 and Q355 steel in ultra-long-distance pipe jacking,taking a project of sewage pipeline discharging into the sea as an example.The thickness of the steel pipe of the two materials was compared based on the steel pipe stress and deformation calculations.The stress change of steel pipe under repeated jacking force was analyzed.The advantages of Q355 steel in ultra-long distance pipe jacking are demonstrated,and the effect of fatigue stress can be ignored.
