摘要
为解决传统矿山法铁路隧道衬砌拱部易出现的掉块、空洞、厚度不足、不密实等问题,以重庆铁路枢纽东环线铁路胡家沟隧道为例,对隧道拱部大尺寸预制衬砌施工工艺进行了总结,并通过对比分析,结合隧道内空间条件、设备条件、施工质量要求及施工进度要求,制定了切实可行的拱部预制衬砌安装方案,从而有效保证拱部预制衬砌平稳安装。结果表明:通过工厂化、标准化生产的大尺寸高精度拱部预制衬砌,可有效解决衬砌拱部质量病害;拱部预制衬砌设置间距4.5 m的2个吊装孔,保证了拱部预制衬砌吊装过程中结构安全性;先墙后拱,从掌子面纵向拼装方案满足现场预制衬砌安装需求,并顺利完成66片拱部预制衬砌的安装。
In order to solve the problems of falling block,cavity,insufficient thickness and uncompactness in the lining arch of the traditional mining railway tunnel,taking Hujiagou tunnel of the east ring line of Chongqing railway hub as an example,the construction technology of large-size prefabricated lining of the tunnel arch was summarized,and through comparative analysis,combined with the space conditions,equipment conditions,construction quality requirements and construction schedule requirements in the tunnel.A feasible installation scheme of arch prefabricated lining is developed to ensure the stable installation of arch prefabricated lining effectively.The results show that:the prefabricated arch lining of large size and high precision can effectively solve the quality defects of the arch lining through factory and standardized production;two hoisting holes with a spacing of 4.5 m are set for the prefabricated arch lining to ensure the structural safety in the hoisting process of the prefabricated arch lining;The longitudinal assembly scheme from the face of the palm meets the installation requirements of the site prefabricated lining,and the installation of 66 pieces of prefabricated lining of the arch is successfully completed.
