基于CNKI近10年肺癌病人静脉血栓栓塞症研究热点与趋势的可视化分析

Visual analysis of research hotspots and trends on venous thromboembolism in people with lung cancer based on CNKI in recent 10 years

目的:分析近10年肺癌病人静脉血栓栓塞症研究的热点与趋势,为今后我国开展肺癌静脉血栓栓塞症的相关研究提供借鉴与参考。方法:以中国知网(CNKI)为数据来源,采用CiteSpace 6.2.R1软件对纳入的文献进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入550篇文献,年度发文量总体呈上升趋势;作者之间存在良好合作关系,并形成几个较大的合作网;机构之间的合作力度不够,各地区之间较为分散;关键词聚类分析显示,聚类划分显著(Q=0.8464),且聚类高度可信(S=0.9618)。肺癌病人静脉血栓栓塞症的危险因素、抗凝治疗、护理是该领域研究的热点和趋势。结论:我国肺癌病人静脉血栓栓塞症研究日益受到重视,未来需加强不同地区机构间和作者间的合作交流,开展高质量、多中心研究,建立和实施符合我国肺癌病人的静脉血栓栓塞症预防护理指南,从而有效减少静脉血栓栓塞症的发生。

Objective:To analyze the research status quo and trends of venous thromboembolism in people with lung cancer in recent 10 years,and provide reference for future research on venous thromboembolism in people with lung cancer in China.Methods:Taking CNKI as the data source,CiteSpace 6.2.R1 software was used for visual analysis of the included literature.Results:A total of 550 papers were included,and the annual publication volume showed an overall upward trend.There were good cooperative relations among authors,and several large cooperative networks had been formed.Cooperation among institutions was insufficient and fragmented among regions.Keyword cluster analysis showed that the clustering was significant(Q=0.8464),and the clustering was highly credible(S=0.9618).The risk factors,anticoagulant treatment and nursing of venous thromboembolism in lung cancer patients are the research hotspot and trend in this field.Conclusions:The study of venous thromboembolism in lung cancer patients in China has received increasing attention.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the cooperation and communication between institutions and authors in different regions,carry out high-quality,multi-center studies,and establish and implement guidelines for the prevention and care of venous thromboembolism in lung cancer patients in China,so as to effectively reduce the occurrence of venous thromboembolism.
