摘要
目的:探究高职实习护生临床实习适应不良、归属感对其就业能力的影响。方法:2023年1月采用便利抽样法选取江苏省2所高职院校402名护生作为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、护生临床实习适应不良量表、护生临床实习归属感量表及大学生就业能力量表对其进行问卷调查。结果:402名高职实习护生就业能力总分为(62.68±8.88)分;临床实习适应不良、归属感可独立解释就业能力总变异的23.1%。结论:高职实习护生就业能力处于中等水平,仍需进一步提高。临床实习适应不良、归属感是就业能力的预测因素,提示可通过提升实习护生临床适应力及归属感,提高其就业能力。
Objective:To explore the effects of clinical internship maladaptation and sense of belonging on employability of higher vocational nursing students.Methods:In January 2023,a total of 402 nursing students from 2 higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province were selected as research objects by convenience sampling method.General data questionnaire,Nursing Students Clinical Practice Maladjustment Scale,Belongingness Scale-Clinical Placement Experience and College Students′Employability Scale were used for questionnaire investigation.Results:The total score of employability of 402 vocational nursing students was(62.68±8.88).Maladjustment to clinical practice and sense of belonging can independently explain 23.1%of the total variation in employability.Conclusions:The employability of vocational nursing students is in the middle level and needs to be further improved.Maladjustment and sense of belonging in clinical practice are predictors of employability,suggesting that the employability of nursing students can be improved by improving their clinical adaptability and sense of belonging.
