云南省产妇生育意愿及影响因素研究

Study on fertility intention and influencing factors of parturients in Yunnan Province

目的了解云南省产妇生育现况、生育意愿及影响因素。方法采用横断面调查方法,抽取2020年1—12月在昆明市、楚雄州、红河州住院分娩的2215名20~49岁产妇为研究对象,用自制问卷通过面对面询问的方式调查再生育意愿及影响因素。结果1186名初产妇中,有二孩生育意愿占30.69%(364名);941名二孩产妇中,有三孩生育意愿占4.68%(44名)。三孩及以上产妇88名。回归分析结果显示:初产妇年龄、职业、配偶职业、户籍、医保种类对产妇二孩生育意愿有显著影响(均P<0.05)。结论云南省二孩生育意愿还有较大提升空间,需加大生育政策支持力度,调动育龄女性的生育积极性。

Objective To investigate the fertility status,fertility intention,and influencing factors of parturients in Yunnan Province.Methods From January to December 2020,a cross-sectional survey was conducted to select 2215 parturients aged 20-49 years old in Kunming City,Chuxiong Prefecture,and Honghe Prefecture as the research object.A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the intention to have another child and influencing factors by face-to-face inquiry.Results Among the primiparous women,364 primiparous women(30.69%)had the intention to have another child;among 941 parturients with two children,44 parturients(4.68%)had the inten-tion to have the third child.A total of 88 parturients had three or more than three children.Regression analysis showed that maternal age,oc-cupation,spouse occupation,household registration,and type of medical insurance are the influencing factors of reproductive intention(all P<0.05).Conclusion There is still a large room for improvement of the intention of having the second child in Yunnan Province,it is necessary to strengthen the support of fertility policy to promote fertility intention.
