基于产出导向的地理人才空间格局与迁居特征——以4D期刊为例

Spatial pattern and migration characteristics of geographical talents:A case study of 4D

地理人才作为地理科学应用型人才,在科研事业、人才培养,国土资源的管控,人地协调发展研究,黄河流域高质量发展及长江三角洲区域一体化发展等国家重大发展战略需求方面发挥重大作用.以2015—2020年内发表学术论文的561位教授和研究员基础数据源,利用ArcGIS核密度分析法和人才流动系数对4D期刊中我国“产出导向”地理人才的空间格局特征和迁居特征进行了分析.结果表明:①地理人才的出生地主要集中在人口数量较多,经济发展较好,文化积淀深厚的湖南、江苏、山东和河南等地区;②地理人才取得学位地主要集聚分布在北京、江苏等省(区)东中部城市,具有自东向西递减的特征,部分在日本、美国等教育资源丰富的发达国家完成学业;③“产出导向”的地理人才迁居特征具有明显的空间集聚特征,地理人才最终流入地主要分布在东部经济相对发展地区,具有明显的地区差异,区域内地理人才流动不平衡;④人才通过区域流动,可以实现经济流动,利用“产出导向”的应用人才培养理念,提升人才培养质量.

Geography talents as applied talents of geography science,it plays an important role in scientific research,personnel training,management and control of land and resources,research on coordinated development between human and nature,high quality development of the Yellow River Basin,and regional integration development of the Yangtze River Delta.Based on data from 561 professors and researchers who published academic papers between 2015 and 2020,using ArcGIS kernel density analysis method and talent flow coefficient,this paper analyzes the spatial pattern and migration characteristics of China’s“output-oriented”geographic talents in 4D journal.The results show that:①The birthplace of geographical talents is mainly in Hunan,Jiangsu,Shandong and Henan,where the population is large,the economy is well developed and the culture is rich.②The geographical talents are mainly concentrated in Beijing,Jiangsu and other provinces and cities in the east and central part of the country,and some of them have completed their studies in Japan and the United States.③The“output-oriented”geographical talent migration has the obvious spatial concentration characteristic,the geographical talent final flow area mainly distributes in the Eastern Region economy relative development area,has the obvious regional difference,imbalance of geographical talent flow in the region.④Through the regional flow of talents,we can realize the economic flow,use the“output-oriented”concept of applied talent training,and improve the quality of talent training.
