Cold chain logistics is a highly technical and specialized logistics system.It focuses on maintaining a certain low-temperature range throughout the entire supply chain process to ensure product quality and reduce losses.With the expansion of global trade and the increasing demand for product quality from consumers,cold chain logistics has become a key link in fields such as food and medicine.However,the complexity of cold chain logistics operations,including strict temperature control,professional cargo packaging,highquality warehousing and transportation equipment,and the skills of professional personnel,all pose significant challenges to their quality management.How to effectively address these challenges and improve the quality management level of cold chain logistics is a common concern in the logistics industry and academia.This paper aims to provide some in-depth analysis and practical suggestions on this issue.
