APC技术在提升造纸法再造烟叶制造工艺的应用

摘要 【目的】薄片抄造过程中片基和薄片的品质控制是造纸法再造烟叶制造工艺的核心环节,特别是薄片的涂布率自动控制需要使用在线测量数据或计算的数据使得涂布率自动控制实现上难上加难。因此,为了解决烟草行业自动控制实现的行业难点,【方法】本文研究先进过程控制(Advanced Process Control)技术在再造烟叶薄片生产的应用,在实际产线上搭建APC技术应用测试平台,并通过数值建模方法构建涂布前的片基定量和绝干重量模型以及涂布后的片基模型,并设计基于模型的多变量模型预测控制算法来实现片基及涂布率的一致性闭环控制。【结果】投用后片基和薄片的品质指标的控制精度大幅提高,指标峰峰值和偏离度明显下降,涂布率的平稳度也显著提升,闭环投用率大幅提高。【结论】最终验证了先进过程控制(Advanced Process Control)技术在涂布率闭环控制的有效性。 The quality control of base-sheet and tobacco sheet in Paper-Process Reconstituted Tobacco process is a key component and a challenging topic in tobacco industry,especially the coating rate control of tobacco sheet which relies on online coating rate measurement or derived calculation introducing additional difficulties.Therefore,to tackle this challenging topic in this paper,a testing platform is built next to one paper machine with dual scanners to study and test application of Advanced Process Control technology on tobacco sheet quality control through numerical modeling and multi-variable model predictive controller.After using the designed multi-variable closed-loop controller,the result shows significant improvement of quality criteria such as reduced peak-to-peak value and two sigma values on base-sheet weight,and absolute dry and coating rate of tobaccok sheet with high utilization ratio.The effectiveness of the proposed closed-loop Advanced Process Control design on coating rate control is validated in the test platform.
