This paper focuses on the practical experience of safety management of reconstituted tobacco production enterprises from three aspects:personnel safety awareness and responsibility,on-site risk control and hidden trouble investigation.The formation of a clear safety production responsibility system,on-site risk classification control mechanism,four-level hidden danger investigation mechanism,effectively ensure the safe production of reconstituted tobacco enterprises.
