摘要
单层过渡金属硫化物在多个领域具有极大的发展前景。为了研究过渡金属硫化物的辐照效应,以MoS2为代表,讨论了在γ射线辐照后的光电性能变化。结果表明,γ射线辐照会影响MoS2的光电性能,不同辐照剂量对MoS2的影响呈现非线性趋势,其中,辐照剂量为10 kGy时,MoS2的电学性能变化最明显,电导率达到512 S/m,是辐照前的6倍。为开发应用于飞行器中的高灵敏度传感器提供参考。
Monolayer Transition metal dichalcogenides hold great promise in several fields.To investigate the irradiation effect of transition metal dichalcogenides,the photoelectric properties of MoS2 after γ-ray irradiation are discussed.The results show that γ-ray irradiation can affect the photoelectric properties of MoS2,and the influence of different irradiation doses on MoS2 presents a nonlinear trend.When the irradiation dose is 10 kGy,the electrical properties of MoS2 present the biggest change,and the conductivity reaches 512 S/m,which is 6 times higher than before irradiation.The research results of this paper can provide a reference for the development of high-sensitivity sensors used in aircraft.
