科技创新与区域经济协调发展相关性研究——以安徽省为例

Research on the Correlation ofScientific and Technological Innovation and Coordinated Development of Regional Economy:A Case Study of Anhui Province

基于安徽省2011—2020年的面板数据,文章运用熵权法、泰尔指数和耦合协调模型等方法,研究皖北、皖中、皖南科技创新水平和经济协调发展水平的耦合协调度,并用灰色关联模型进一步探究了科技创新各指标与区域经济协调发展的相关性。研究显示,科技创新水平与经济协调发展水平具有较高的关联性,但区域差异较大;各区域科技创新与协调发展的耦合协调度已达优质协调阶段;科技创新各指标与区域经济协调发展呈正相关。为此,要充分发挥中心城市的辐射效应,缩小区域间差异,鼓励工业企业开拓创新,开辟科技创新与经济协调发展新路径。

Based on the panel data of Anhui province from 2011 to 2020,this paper adopts analysis methods such as entropy method,Theil Index and coupling coordination degree model,and measures the coupling coordination degree of levels of scientific and technological innovation and coordinated economic development of north Anhui,middle Anhui and south Anhui.Then the paper uses grey correlation model to further explore the correlation between the indicators of scientific and technological innovation and the coordinated development of regional economy.The results show that the level of scientific and technological innovation and the level of coordinated economic development in Anhui province have been improved,but there is a big gap between regions.The degree of coupling coordination of scientific and technological innovation and coordinated development has reached the stage of high-quality coordination in north Anhui,middle Anhui and south Anhui.The indicators of scientific and technological innovation are positively correlated with the coordinated development of regional economy.Therefore,we should fully leverage the radiation effect of central cities,narrow regional differences,encourage innovative development of industrial enterprises,and enhance the coordination between technological innovation and coordinated economic development.
