摘要
目的 探讨以岗位胜任力为导向的绩效考核在医学影像学住院医师规范化培训中的应用。方法 选取2019、2020、2021三个年级月度考核、年度考核以及2017、2018年级结业考试成绩,分别作为A组和B组,A组则以岗位胜任力为导向的绩效考核,比较考核成绩,B组为原有考核方式。结果 A组成绩优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 以岗位胜任力为导向的绩效考核提高了医学影像学住院医师的综合能力,为培养更多合格乃至优秀的影像学住院医师奠定了良好的基石。
Objective To explore the application of job competency-based performance assessment in standardized training for radiology resident physicians.Methods The graduation examination results of the 2019,2020,and 2021 grades as well as the 2017 and 2018 grades were selected as the control group and experimental group,respectively.The control group used the original assessment method,while the experimental group used a job competency-based performance assessment.The assessment results were compared.Results The experimental group performed better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Job competency-based performance assessment improves the comprehensive ability of resident physicians and lays a good foundation for the training of more qualified and even outstanding radiology resident physicians.
