不同锰-铁氧体化合物的制备与电磁性能研究

摘要 由于单一金属氧化物吸波效果一般且有着密度大等缺点,因此多采用与其他材料复合形成化合物的方式来制备吸波材料,以使其增强吸波性能。本实验以硝酸锰、硝酸镍、硝酸镁、硝酸锌为原料,柠檬酸为络合剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法进行单一铁氧体吸波材料的制备,采用激光粒度分析仪、X射线衍射(XRD)、及矢量网络分析仪等进行产物粒度、物相和电磁性能的表征。结果表明所制备出三种锰铁氧体的样品粒度级别均在微米级别,通过XRD检测,在400℃及600℃热处理条件下样品结晶状态良好,无其他杂质生成,吸波性能最优的样品为锰-镍铁氧体在400℃下煅烧处理,在13.7 GHz时反射损耗达到-17.6 dB,在15.5 GHz时反射损耗达到-18.0 dB。 Because the single metal oxide has the disadvantages of low absorbing effect and high density,it is often used to prepare absorbing materials by compounding them with other materials to enhance the absorbing performance.In this experiment,manganese nitrate,nickel nitrate,magnesium nitrate and zinc nitrate were used as raw materials,citric acid was used as complexing agent,and a single ferrite absorbing material was prepared by sol-gel method.The particle size,phase and electromagnetic properties of the product were characterized by laser particle size analyzer,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and vector network analyzer.The results showed that the particle size of the prepared three kinds of manganese ferrites were all in micrometre level.Through XRD detection,the samples were in good crystalline state under the conditions of heat treatment at 400℃and 600℃,and no other impurities were generated.The sample with the best wave-absorbing performance was manganese-nickel ferrites calcined at 400℃,and the reflection loss reached-17.6 dB at 13.7 GHz and-18.0dB at 15.5 GHz.
