碳纤维复合材料在不同温度下的性能差异

摘要 碳纤维复合材料越来越多地被应用在各个领域。随着使用的范围越来越广,环境因素逐渐成为各行各业关注的对象。因此,在设计中需要更多地考虑到环境对于材料耐久性使用的问题。并且,随着人们对安全性能的要求越来越高,需要对碳纤维复合材料在不同温度下的工作状态、损伤特性有一个清晰的认知。介绍了碳纤维树脂基材料在不同温度下比较典型的破坏模式以及失效机理,重点介绍了环氧树脂、碳纤维、碳纤维复合材料在不同温度下的破坏方式以及改进方式。 Carbon fiber composites are increasingly used in various fields.With the more and more extensive use,environmental factors have gradually become the focus of attention in all walks of life.Therefore,more consideration is needed in the design of environmental durability of materials.Moreover,with the increasing demand for safety performance,it is necessary to have a clear understanding of the working state and damage characteristics of carbon fiber composites at different temperatures.In this paper,the typical failure mode and failure mechanism of carbon fiber resin based materials at different temperatures were introduced.The failure modes and improvement methods of epoxy resin,carbon fiber and carbon fiber composites at different temperatures were discussed.
