用于某导引头的铜-APG-相变热沉的散热性能研究

摘要 本文通过数值模拟手段,从减轻体积和质量的角度出发,对用于某导引头的纯铜热沉、金属相变热沉和有机物相变热沉进行了对比研究,并探究了具有高导热特性的铜-APG对热沉性能的影响。结果表明,相较于铜块热沉,金属相变热沉在体积和重量减小22%的同时散热性能最优,有机物相变热沉温控能力最弱,但同体积下可实现约60%的减重;铜-APG能提高相变材料的熔化速率,但限制于热沉的尺寸参数,其高导热率的优势未能充分发挥。 With the purpose of reducing mass and volume,the pure copper heat sink,metal phase change material heat sink,and organic phase change material heat sink for a radar seeker are compared through numerical simulation,and the influence of copper-APG materials with high thermal conductivity on heat sink performance is evaluated.The results show that the metal phase change material heat sink has the best thermal performance and achieves 22%reduction in both mass and volume,that the organic phase change material heat sink has the poorest thermal performance,but it can reduce the weight by about 60%with the same volume,and that the copper-APG can enhance the melting rate of the phase change material,but its high thermal conductivity is not fully used due to the limitation of heat sink size.
