摘要 本文根据超低排放标准对冶金企业环保管理业务进行了梳理和分析,基于业务主线进行了数字化转型的设计与研发,搭建了环保智慧平台,实现了各工序有组织排放、无组织排放、清洁运输、固废、危废管理、环境管理在线管控,支撑了环保监督考核与综合决策,提升了工作效率,取得较好成效。 This paper comprehensively analyzes and reviews the environmental management practices in metallurgical enterprises in response to the stringent ultra-low emission standards.Leveraging the central business objectives,a digital transformation strategy is formulated and implemented,leading to the development of an intelligent environmental platform.The platform facilitates organized emission control,unorganized emission management,clean transportation,solid waste,hazardous waste management,and real-time environmental monitoring across various production processes.The integrated system supports environmental supervision,assessment,and comprehensive decision-making,resulting in enhanced operational efficiency and substantial achievements.
