摘要 BIM技术,简称建筑信息模型,是指在工程项目的设计、实施和运行的管理中,实现对建筑工程项目的实体和功能的可视化的技术和成果的总称。BIM技术是通过三维模型和信息管理系统实现建筑设计、施工和运维的整合,为建筑项目提供全方位的可视化和数据支持。本文介绍了BIM技术的定义和特点,包括可视化、协调性、模拟性、优化性和可出图性。并以JZ医疗中心项目为案例,探讨了BIM在实际建筑工程中的应用,包括施工图纸会审、钢结构施工和机电安装工程。通过BIM技术的应用,可以提高项目的质量、效率和安全性,并带来经济效益。 BIM technology is a general term for the technology and results that realize the visualization of the entity and function of the construction project in the design,implementation and operation management of the engineering project.BIM technology realizes the integration of building design,construction and operation and maintenance through three-dimensional models and information management systems,and provides a full range of visualization and data support for construction projects.This paper introduces the definition and characteristics of BIM technology,including visualization,coordination,simulation,optimization and graphability.Taking JZ Medical Center project as an example,the application of BIM in practical construction projects is discussed,including joint review of construction drawings,steel structure construction and mechanical and electrical installation.Through the application of BIM technology,the quality,efficiency and safety of the project can be improved,and economic benefits can be brought.
