摘要
近年来,全球极端气候导致暴雨、特大暴雨频发,针对南昌市城区极端暴雨洪涝灾害风险分析研究,构建南昌市一二维耦合的水文-水动力数值模型,编制完成南昌城市建成区(东湖区、西湖区、青云谱区、青山湖区、湾里区、红谷滩区、新建区长堎镇,以及高新、经开两区纳入市城区范围的区域)在遭遇极端暴雨(1小时面雨量200mm,24小时面雨量400mm,72小时面雨量600mm)的洪水风险图和《南昌市极端暴雨洪涝研究应对报告》(报告主要内容包括在极端强降雨下,南昌市城区面临的风险分析、相关部门职责任务、信息发布与传递模式、部门反应及联动机制、应急保障措施等)。
In recent years,the global extreme climate has led to frequent heavy rainfall and exceptionally heavy rainfall,aiming at the analysis and research of extreme rainstorm and flood disaster risk in the urban area of Nanchang,a one-and two-dimensional coupled hydro-hydrodynamic numerical model of Nanchang was constructed,and the built-up area of Nanchang(Donghu District,Xihu District,Qingyunpu District,Qingshan Lake District,Wanli District,Honggutan District,Xinjian District Changcheng Town,and the areas included in the urban area of Gaoxin and Jingkai District)encountered extreme heavy rainfall(1-hour surface rainfall of 200mm,24-hour surface rainfall 400mm,72-hour surface rainfall 600mm)and"Nanchang Extreme Rainstorm Flood Research and Response Report"(the main content of the report includes the risk analysis of Nanchang's urban area under extremely heavy rainfall,the responsibilities and tasks of relevant departments,information release and transmission mode,departmental response and linkage mechanism,emergency safeguard measures,etc.).
