摘要
本文基于统计假设检验(hypothesis-testing)理论的思想,结合中国商用飞机有限责任公司(以下简称“中国商飞公司”)多年针对飞机项目的质量巡查实践,以及与中国航空工业集团有限公司(以下简称“航空工业”)联合开展的专项检查实践,从管理学和方法论角度,系统总结并阐述了IFHCI(Investigation-Flowcharting-Hypothesis-Confirmation-Improvement)质量审核的方法,为数字化时代航空行业及其产业链在如何高效实施对特定领域的专项审核并提供系统性改进建议方面提供了新的思路。
Based on the concept of hypothesis-testing,combining the quality audit(by moving around)practice of Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China Ltd(COMAC)on aircraft project,and the joint special quality audit practice of COMAC and Aviation Industry Corporation of China(AVIC),this paper summarizes and explains the method of IFHCI(Investigation-Flowcharting-Hypothesis-Confirmation-Improvement)quality audit systematically,and provides the aviation industry and its industry chain with a new idea of how to implement quality audit for a specific domain effectively including making improvement suggestions under the digital age.
