上枧安置房内嵌式节点连接及防水施工技术研究

Research on Embedded Node Connection and Waterproofing Construction Technology of Shangjian Resettlement Housing

为了提高建筑的防水防渗性能,有效延长建筑物的使用寿命和确保质量,本工程采用了内嵌式节点连接及防水施工技术,内嵌式节点连接及防水施工技术的应用,从预制外墙板与现浇梁连接处钢筋优化技术、预制外墙水平接缝节点连接及防水技术、预制外墙板竖向接缝内嵌式企口连接及防水技术三方面进行了介绍,并且对主要的施工工艺和内嵌式企口连接性能数值模拟进行了分析,以期对预制外墙防水的设计及施工提供参考。

In order to improve the waterproof and anti-seepage performance of buildings,effectively extend the service life of buildings and ensure quality,this project adopts embedded node connection and waterproofing construction technology,the application of embedded node connection and waterproofing construction technology,from the optimization technology of steel bars at the connection between prefabricated exterior wall panels and cast-in-place beams,to the connection and waterproofing technology of prefabricated horizontal joint nodes on exterior walls.This article introduces the three aspects of vertical joint embedded groove connection and waterproofing technology for prefabricated exterior wall panels,and analyzes the main construction processes and numerical simulation of the performance of embedded groove connection,in order to provide reference for the design and construction of prefabricated exterior wall waterproofing.
