一种基于供电安全标准的配电网扩容规划方法

A Distribution Network Expansion Planning Method Based on Power Supply Safety Standards

针对传统电网规划在用容量负荷比指标评价供电能力时的局限性,本文提出了一种基于供电安全标准的电网扩容规划方法。通过深入分析供电安全标准分析方法的原理和实施步骤,针对电网的实际问题,采取了各种基于供电安全标准的电网扩容方案。基于供电安全标准的电网规划方案可以更详实、准确地评估配电网的供电能力,发现供电区域电网的薄弱环节,为电网公司对配电网规划方案进行科学有效的评价提供有益的参考与决策。

In view of the limitation of traditional power network planning in evaluating power supply capacity by capacity load ratio index,in this paper,the principle and implementation steps of power supply safety standard analysis method are deeply analyzed.Aiming at the practical problems of power grid,various power grid expansion schemes based on power supply security standards are put forward.The power network planning scheme based on the power supply security standard can evaluate the power supply capacity of the distribution network more comprehensively and accurately,find the weak links of the power supply regional grid,provide useful reference and decision-making for the scientific and effective evaluation of distribution network planning schemes by power grid companies.
