医护一体化健康教育模式对心力衰竭患者生存质量和自护能力的影响

Effect of Health Education Model of Integrated Doctor and Nurse Medical Care on Quality of Life and Self Care Ability of Patients with Heart Failure

目的探讨对心力衰竭患者实施医护一体化健康教育模式对其生存质量和自护能力的影响。方法选取2019年2月—2022年2月福建医科大学附属第二医院收治的心力衰竭患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。所有患者均给予相同的对症治疗方案,在此基础上对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予医护一体化健康教育模式护理,比较两组患者护理后的生存质量、自护能力和护理满意度。结果护理后两组生存质量中社会功能、心理功能、自我认知评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后两组自护能力中日常生活、服药、遵医行为评分均上升,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心力衰竭患者实施医护一体化健康教育模式护理,能够进一步提高患者的自护能力和生存质量,患者对护理服务具有较好的满意度,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the impact of integrated medical care health education model on the quality of life and self care ability of patients with heart failure.Methods A total of 80 patients with heart failure admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected.All patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=40 cases)and an observation group(n=40 cases).All patients were given the same symptomatic treatment scheme.On this basis,the control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given the health education model of integrated medical care.The quality of life,self care ability,and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of social function,psychological function,and self-awareness in the quality of life of the two groups increased,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of daily life,medication taking,and compliance behavior in both groups increased,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of health education model of integrated medical care can further improve the self care ability and quality of life of patients with heart failure.Patients have good satisfaction with nursing services,which is worth promoting.
