摘要
目的探讨新型冠状病毒感染(新冠感染)者心理健康水平及与有无慢性病的相关性。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2022年12月15日至12月31日18岁及以上人群中的359名重庆地区新冠感染者为研究对象,采用基本信息调查表、抑郁测试90项症状清单(SCL-90)症状自评量表、恐惧疾病进展简化量表对其进行问卷调查,根据有无慢性病史,将研究对象分为有慢性病组和无慢性病组,比较两组心理健康水平。结果两组年龄、性别比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且恐惧疾病进展得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。SCL-90得分及各维度得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新冠感染者有慢性病者较无慢性病者心理健康水平更差。医护人员可对于有慢性病者更要注意加强心理疏导,降低疾病进展恐惧水平。
Objective To explore the relationship between mental health level and chronic disease in patients with COVID-19.Methods A total of 359 COVID-19 infected persons aged 18 years old and above from December 15,2022 to December 31,2022 in Chongqing were selected as study subjects by convenience sampling method.Basic information questionnaire,SCL-90 Symptom Checklist and Simplified Fear Disease Progression Scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey.The subjects were divided into the chronic disease group and the non-chronic disease group,and the mental health level of the two groups was compared.Results There were significant differences in age and gender between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of fear disease progression(P>0.05).There were significant differences in SCL-90 scores and scores of each dimension(P<0.05).Conclusion The mental health level of COVID-19 patients with chronic diseases is worse than that of those without chronic diseases.Medical staff can pay more attention to strengthen psychological counseling for people with chronic diseases to reduce the level of fear of disease progression.
