针刺结合运动治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫研究现状

Research status of acupuncture combined with exercise in treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke

痉挛性偏瘫又称为上运动神经元麻痹、中枢性偏瘫等,是脑卒中后遗症常见的症状和重要并发症之一,是脑卒中患者后期康复治疗的重大难题,严重影响患者的日常生活及社会参与,给家庭及社会带来沉重负担,因此探索更加有效的治疗方法一直备受关注。近年来,临床观察及相关研究发现,针刺结合运动疗法治疗该病临床疗效显著。该文对针刺方法结合运动治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫的相关文献进行了总结,综述了不同针刺方法结合运动治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫的临床研究概况。

Spastic hemiplegia,also known as upper motor neuron paralysis and central hemiplegia,is one of the common symptoms and important complications of stroke sequelae,and it is a major problem in the rehabilitation treatment of stroke patients in the later stage,which seriously affects the patients'daily life and social participation.it brings serious burden to the family and society,so exploring effective treatment methods has been paid more and more attention.In recent years,clinical observation and related studies have found that acupuncture combined with exercise therapy is significant in the treatment of this disease.This paper summarizes the relevant literature on acupuncture combined with exercise in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke,and reviews the clinical research situation of different acupuncture methods combined with exercise treatment for stroke spastic hemiplegia.
