河南省社会工作组织高质量发展:现状、困境与出路

High Quality Development of Social Work Organizations in Henan Province:Status Quo,Difficulties and Solutions

随着社会工作在我国的日益发展,社会工作组织已成为社会组织的中坚力量之一。本文以河南省民办社会工作组织为探究对象,梳理河南省民办社会工作组织存在的资金供应不足、组织发展失衡、人才紧缺、社会认知度低等问题,并根据河南省省情从政策完善、加大社会工作专业建设、加强资金支持、培育组织文化、增强社会认可等方式解决目前的困境,促进河南省民办社会工作组织高质量发展。

With the continuous development of social work in China,social work organizations have become one of the backbones of social organizations.This paper takes private social work organizations in Henan Province as the object of investigation to study their problems of insufficient supply of funds,imbalance of organizational development,shortage of talents,low social recognition,etc.,and recommend solutions to solve the current dilemmas according to the provincial conditions of Henan Province in ways of policy improvement,increasing the professional construction of social work,strengthening the financial support,cultivating organizational culture,and enhancing the social recognition,etc.,so as to promote the high quality development of private social work organizations in Henan Province.
