Under the background of economic globalization,a large number of multinational enterprises have invested in China,which has greatly contributed to the development of our economy.However,as time goes by,with the rapid development of China's national economy,multinational companies investing in China have gradually developed many problems,such as a gradual decline in technological contribution,an obvious lack of social responsibility,and differences in cognition of local culture.To tackle with such problems,it is imperative to take measures such as strengthening technical cooperation,enhancing the social reputation of multinational companies,strengthening the sense of social responsibility of multinational companies,establishing cross-cultural management mechanisms,and strengthening the localization of human resources,so as to further release the huge development potential of multinational companies in China so that they can continue helping enhance China's economic strength.
