摘要
基于绿色建筑的增量成本是其与传统建筑相比推广困难的原因之一。将绿色建筑增量成本对应全生命周期划分为决策、设计、施工、运营四个阶段,通过文献研究法识别出了各个阶段的16个影响因素并进行问卷调查,以此构建结构方程模型,识别出影响增量成本的关键因素,从而达到控制增量成本增长的目的。研究结果表明,绿色建筑全生命周期各阶段对增量成本的影响程度依次为,决策阶段>设计阶段>施工阶段>运营阶段。
The incremental cost of green building is one of the reasons why it is difficult to popularize compared with traditional buildings.Therefore,the whole life cycle of green building incremental cost is divided into four stages:decision-making,design,construction and operation.Through the literature research method,16 influencing factors corresponding to each stage are identified and a questionnaire survey is conducted to construct a structural equation model and identify the key factors affecting incremental costs,so as to achieve the purpose of controlling incremental cost growth.The research results indicate that the impact of each stage of the entire lifecycle of green buildings on incremental costs is in the order of decision-making stage>design stage>construction stage>operation stage.
