摘要
ChatGPT自发布之日起就爆火网络,引发广大用户讨论热潮。其智慧的内容生成功能,引起了诸多行业的热议与追捧。不少专家学者从不同视角出发对ChatGPT带来的新革命进行了观点的阐述与讨论。本文立足知识服务视角,着重ChatGPT的知识问答功能,对ChatGPT给知识服务基础、知识服务内容、知识服务场景、知识服务伦理、知识服务成本五大方面带来的机遇与挑战进行了详细阐释,为ChatGPT改进服务质量、提供高质量知识服务,知识服务机构变革以及用户使用ChatGPT提供支持。
ChatGPT has been on the internet since its release,triggering a discussion frenzy among users.Its intelligent content generation function has sparked heated discussion and pursuit in many industries.Many experts and scholars have elaborated and discussed the new revolution brought about by ChatGPT from different perspectives.This article is based on the perspective of knowledge services and focuses on the knowledge Q&A function of ChatGPT.It provides a detailed explanation of the opportunities and challenges that ChatGPT brings to five major aspects such as knowledge service foundation,knowledge service content,knowledge service scenarios,knowledge service ethics,and knowledge service costs.It provides support for ChatGPT to improve service quality,provide high-quality knowledge services,transform knowledge service institutions and users to use ChatGPT.
