国内高校图书馆数据服务调研及提升策略探究

Research on the Data Service of Domestic University Libraries and the Promotion Strategies

在国家文化数字化战略和数字中国建设的背景下,全国智慧图书馆体系建设积极推进,其中高校图书馆既承担文献中心的使命,也肩负数据中心的重任,数据服务受到重视。目前国内高校图书馆对开放数据平台建设、咨询服务、培训服务、研究工具服务等有所涉及,但尚存在对数据服务重视程度较低、数据服务基础设施建设不足、开放数据获取途径较为单一、数据服务相关岗位设置较少等问题。为帮助国内高校图书馆更加顺利、高效地发展数据服务,可采取以下策略:加强宣传推广培养用户数据意识、制定配套政策标准引导数据开放、开放数据平台建设及升级、开拓宽泛的数据获取途径、增加数据馆员岗位设置与培训、建立完善的合作服务机制等。

Under the background of the national cultural digitization strategy and the construction of digital China,the construction of the national smart library system is actively promoted,in which university libraries undertake the mission of both document centers and data centers,and data services are paid attention to.At present,domestic university libraries are involved in open data platform,consulting service,training service and research tool service,but there are still several problems,such as low attention to data service,insufficient infrastructure construction of data service,single access to open data,and few posts related to data service.In order to help domestic university libraries develop data services more smoothly and quickly,the following strategies can be adopted:strengthening publicity and promotion to cultivate users'data awareness,formulating supporting policies and standards to guide data opening,building and upgrading open data platforms,opening up a wide range of data acquisition channels,increasing post setting and training for data librarians,and establishing a perfect cooperative service mechanism,etc.
