高校图书馆读者大数据增值利用的困境及价值感知对策研究 被引量:3

摘要 增值利用活动中,高校图书馆与大数据平台应将大数据集合内的原始数据与个人信息处理为知识成果,再将成果向师生等读者供给,从而助力他们通过提升创新能力来获得知识收益。若读者未充分获取收益,将降低其活动参与度并阻碍活动开展。针对这一困境,治理者宜运用价值感知理论,强化图书馆在知识成果生成供给中的关键作用,保障读者提升创新能力并获取知识收益,提高他们对活动的价值感知度及参与度,赋能活动开展。按照前述价值感知对策,高校图书馆应变革内部组织来发挥知识成果生成供给职能。为优化职能,图书馆与大数据平台既需要通过产研合作来拓展成果供给领域及读者收益渠道,又应当通过产教融合来提高成果质量从而稳定读者收益预期。 In the value-added utilization activities,university libraries and big data platforms should process the original data and personal information in the big data set into knowledge achievements,and then supply the achievements to readers such as teachers and students,so as to help them obtain knowledge benefits by improving their innovation ability.If readers do not fully obtain benefits,it will reduce their participation in activities and hinder the development of activities.In response to this dilemma,managers should use value perception theory to strengthen the key role of libraries in the generation and supply of knowledge achievements,ensure that readers enhance their innovation ability and obtain knowledge benefits,improve their value perception and participation in activities,and enable activities to be carried out.According to the above-mentioned value perception countermeasures,university libraries should change their internal organization to give full play to the supply function of knowledge achievement generation.In order to optimize the functions,libraries and big data platforms need to expand the field of achievement supply and readers'income channels through industry-research cooperation,and should improve the quality of results through the integration of industry and education to stabilize readers'income expectations.
