基于生态系统理论的智库生态系统研究——以中美智库生态系统为例

Research on the Think Tank Ecosystem Based on Ecosystem Theory:Taking the Think Tank Ecosystems in China and the United States as an Example

将自然生态系统理论应用于智库生态系统建设,并就中美智库生态系统建设现状进行比较研究,可以促进中国智库的可持续健康发展。文章通过文献回顾,提出智库生态系统的概念;借助与自然生态系统类比,构建智库生态系统模型;通过网络调研,比较中美智库生态系统建设现状的差异。中国智库生态系统建设目前存在非政府组织智库发展不健全、各种类型智库公开渠道不完善和不同类型智库合作不顺畅的问题,未来需要在鼓励非政府组织智库发展、拓展不同类型智库公开渠道和加强不同类型智库间交流合作方面下功夫,以实现智库生态系统的多样性、开放性和功能性,最终实现智库的健康、可持续发展。

Applying natural ecosystem theory to think tank ecosystem construction and conducting a comparative study on the current state of think tank ecosystem construction in China and the United States can promote the sustainable and healthy development of Chinese think tanks.Through literature review,the concept of think tank ecosystem is proposed;though analogy with natural ecosystem,the model of think tank ecosystem is constructed;through online research,the differences between the current state of think tank ecosystem construction in China and the United States are compared.The construction of think tank ecosystem in China currently suffers from unsound development of NGO think tanks,imperfect publicity channels for various types of think tanks and poor cooperation among different types of think tanks.In the future,efforts are needed to encourage the development of NGO think tanks,expand publicity channels for different types of think tanks and strengthen communication and cooperation among different types of think tanks in order to achieve the diversity,openness and functionality of the think tank ecosystem and ultimately the healthy and sustainable development of think tanks.
