图书馆员数智素养及其培育路径研究

Research on Librarians'Digital Intelligence Literacy and Its Cultivation Path

文章结合图书馆员数智素养概念内涵,详细剖析了图书馆员数智素养培育的数智知识、数智能力和数智伦理三个主体要素,并对制约其发展的瓶颈问题进行分析,进而提出充分认识图书馆员数智素养培育的重要性、丰富图书馆员数智知识结构、培养图书馆员高阶数智思维能力、注重图书馆员数智伦理等培育实施路径,以期促进图书馆员素养培育高质量发展。

Based on the connotation of the concept of librarian’s digital intelligence literacy,this paper analyzes in detail the three main elements of the cultivation of librarian’s digital intelligence literacy,namely,digital intelligence knowledge,digital intelligence ability and digital intelligence ethics,and analyzes the bottleneck problems that restrict the development,and then puts forward the cultivation and implementation paths of fully recognizing the importance of the cultivation of librarian’s digital intelligence literacy,enriching the structure of librarian’s digital intelligence knowledge,cultivating librarian’s high-level digital intelligence thinking ability,and paying attention to librarian’s digital intelligence ethics,with a view to promoting the high-quality development of librarians'literacy cultivation.
