努比亚山羊体尺体重的聚类和主成分分析 被引量:1

Principal component analysis and cluster analysis of body weight and body conformation indexes in Nubian goats

摘要 试验对努比亚山羊体重、体高、体斜长、胸围、胸宽、胸深、管围、最大额宽指标间的关系进行分析,为今后努比亚山羊的选育和生产提供参考。试验随机选取32只3月龄的努比亚山羊测量体重及体尺指标,应用SPSS 25.0统计软件对数据进行主成分分析与聚类分析。结果显示,主成分分析将上述8个指标区分为3个独立的主成分,第1主成分贡献率为71.091%,主要反映体重和体型外貌特征;第2主成分贡献率为10.501%,主要反映躯体特征;第3主成分贡献率为6.206%,主要反映额宽特征。聚类分析将8个指标聚类为2个亚类:第1类包括体重、胸深、胸宽、管围和最大额宽;第2类包括体高、体斜长和胸围。研究表明,选育努比亚山羊应多参考体重、体高、体斜长、胸围高载荷的变异指标,3个主成分在一定程度上反映了努比亚山羊的体型特征及选育的利用信息。 The relationship among body weight,body height,body oblique length,chest circumference,chest width,chest depth,tube circumference and maximum width of Nubian goats was analyzed in the experiment,which provided reference for breeding and production of Nubian goats in the future.Thirty-two 3-month-old Nubian goats were randomly selected to measure body weight and body size.SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used for principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that the principal component analysis divided the above eight indicators into three independent principal components,and the contribution rate of the first principal component was 71.091%,which mainly reflected body weight and physical appearance.The contribution rate of the second principal component was 10.501%,which mainly reflected the physical characteristics.The contribution rate of the third principal component was 6.206%,which mainly reflects the feature of frontal width.Cluster analysis grouped eight indicators into two subcategories:The first category included body weight,chest depth,chest width,tube circumference and maximum width.Category 2 includes body height,body diagonal length and chest circumference.The study indicates that the selection of Nubian goats should refer to the variation indexes of body weight,body height,body diagonal length and high chest girth,and the three principal components reflected the body shape characteristics of Nubian goats and the utilization information of breeding to a certain extent.
