日粮中添加鱼腥草茎叶粉对黔东南小香鸡屠宰性能的影响

Effect of stem and leaf powder of Herba houttuynia on slaughter performance of Qiandongnan Xiaoxiang chickens

研究旨在了解日粮中添加鱼腥草茎叶粉对黔东南小香鸡屠宰性能的影响。试验选取脱温鸡(47日龄)黔东南小香鸡公母各120只,每个性别随机分为4组,每组设5个重复,每个重复6只鸡。各组在基础日粮中分别添加0(对照组)、0.5%(0.5%试验组)、2.0%(2.0%试验组)和4.0%(4.0%试验组)的鱼腥草茎叶粉。预试期7 d,正式试验期126 d。结果显示,对照组、0.5%试验组、4.0%试验组公鸡宰前活重显著高于母鸡(P<0.05),屠宰率均显著低于母鸡(P<0.05);对照组、4.0%试验组公鸡屠体重显著高于母鸡(P<0.05)。各组公鸡半净膛重、全净膛重、翅膀重、腿肌重均显著高于母鸡(P<0.05),4.0%试验组公鸡胸肌重显著高于母鸡(P<0.05),各试验组公鸡腿重均显著高于母鸡(P<0.05)。除4.0%试验组外,各组公鸡全净膛率、半净膛率、腿比率、腿肌率均高于母鸡(P>0.05)。研究表明,在日粮中添加2.0%鱼腥草茎叶粉有利于提升黔东南小香鸡的屠宰性能。

The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of stem and leaf powder of Herba houttuynia on slaughter performance of Qiandongnan Xiaoxiang chickens.A total of 120 male and female Qiandongnan Xiaoxiang chickens(47 days of age)were randomly divided into four groups with five replicates per group and six chickens per replicate.All groups were supplemented with 0(control group),0.5%(0.5%experimental group),2.0%(2.0%experimental group)and 4.0%(4.0%experimental group)stem and leaf powder of Herba houttuynia in the basic diet,respectively.The pre-test lasted for 7 d and the formal test lasted for 126 d.The results showed that the live weight before slaughter of cocks in control group,0.5%experimental group and 4.0%experimental group was significantly higher than that of hens(P<0.05),and the slaughter rate was significantly lower than that of hens(P<0.05).The carcass weight of cocks in control group and 4.0%experimental group was significantly higher than that of hens(P<0.05).The half eviscerated weight,full eviscerated weight,wing weight and leg muscle weight of cocks in all groups were significantly higher than those of hens(P<0.05),the breast muscle weight of cocks in 4.0%experimental group was significantly higher than that of hens(P<0.05),and the leg weight of cocks in all experimental groups was significantly higher than that of hens(P<0.05).Except for 4.0%experimental group,the evisceration rate,half evisceration rate,leg ratio and legmuscle ratio of cocks in all groups were higher than those of hens(P>0.05).The study indicates that adding 2.0%stem and leaf powder of Herba houttuynia to the diet can improve the slaughter performance of Qiandongnan Xiaoxiang chickens.
