摘要
代际学习是终身学习视域下,以一种独特的协同方式融合着世代双方和相关利益方,为促成不同代际之间相互影响、共同发展的学习形式,助力实现更可持续性、更包容的学习型社会。伴随着国际社会对代际学习项目实践的关注及深入实践,呈现出政府主导、社会主导、学校主导、家庭主导四种不同的实践模式。四种模式在代际关系类型、代际活动目标、代际活动内容以及代际互动结果方面呈现出不同的特点,具有各自的优势和劣势。为此,终身学习实践者需要根据参与需求、反馈互动、协同资源等要素,合理地选择代际学习模式,从而为学习者提供更精准、更高效的学习服务。
Intergenerational learning is a form of learning that integrates both generations and relevant stakeholders in a unique collaborative way from the perspective of lifelong learning,so as to promote mutual influence and common development among generations,and help achieve a more sustainable and inclusive learning society.With the international attention to the practice of intergenerational learning projects,there are four different practice models:government-led,society-led,school-led,and family-led.The four modes exhibit different advantages and disadvantages in terms of intergenerational relations types,intergenerational activity goals,intergenerational activity content and intergenerational interaction outcomes.Therefore,lifelong learning practitioners need to select intergenerational learning models reasonably in accordance to their participation needs,feedback interactions,collaborative resources and other factors,for the purpose of providing learners with more accurate and efficient learning services.
