“去中心化”情境下数字技术赋能乡村教育高质量发展——基于吉木乃县教育数字化转型的实践研究 被引量:4

Research on Digital Technology Empowering High Quality Development of Rural Education in the Context of"Decentralization"--A Case Study of the Digital Transformation of Education in Jimunai County

摘要 “互联网+教育”作为推动乡村教育数字化建设的关键支撑,将数字技术与乡村教育有效融合是促进教育公平,推动乡村教育高质量发展的重要举措。因此,研究以新疆阿勒泰地区吉木乃县教育数字化转型的实践与探索为例,以“去中心化”为研究视角,并建构数字技术赋能乡村教育的“价值—理论—实践”逻辑用以解构吉木乃县教育数字化的具体实践,即从资源赋值、教学赋智、环境赋力三个维度赋能,解决县域内师资薄弱、教学资源稀缺等问题;总结其教育数字化转型经验——基于两大变革核心、三个圈层效应、四方助力发展的路径形成了“2+3+4”的数字化教学模式;进而分析在“去中心化”情境下数字技术赋能吉木乃县教育建设中存在的困境,提出以搭建资源流动方案、规范协同育人组织、完善教育评价体系等优化路径,以期推动乡村教育数字化转型高质量实现。 “Internet+education”being the key support to promote the digital construction of rural education,the effective integration of digital technology and rural education is an important measure to enhance educational equity and the high-quality development of rural education.Therefore,this study takes the implementation and exploration of the digital transformation of education in Jimunai County,Altay Region,Xinjiang Province as an example.From the perpective of“decentralization”,this study constructs the logic of“value-theory-practice”of digital technology empowering rural education to deconstruct the concrete practice of education digitalization in Jimunai County,which is solving the problems of weak teaching staff and scarce teaching resources in the county from three dimensions:resource empowering value,teaching empowering intelligence,and environment empowering strength,;summarize its experience of education digital transformation--a“2+3+4”digital teaching model has been formed based on two major transformation cores,three circle effects,and four-way assistance for development;then analyzes the dilemma existing in the education construction of digital technology empowerment in Jimunai County in the context of“decentralization”,puts forward optimization paths,such as building the resource flow schemes,standardizing the collaborative education organizations,and improving the education evaluation system,so as to promote the high-quality implementation of digital transformation of rural education.
