优良食味粳稻品种金香玉1号产量与品质对播期的响应

Effects of different sowing date on grain yield and quality of japonica rice Jinxiangyu 1 with good taste

摘要 以优良食味粳稻新品种金香玉1号为试材,设置3个不同播期[05-15(S1)、05-25(S2)、06-05(S3)]研究不同播期对其产量和品质的影响。结果表明:播期对金香玉1号产量及其构成、品质等指标有显著影响。随播期的推迟,金香玉1号有效穗增加,每穗总粒数、结实率、千粒重和产量呈下降趋势,其中播期推迟对每穗粒数和产量影响差异显著。随播期的推迟,金香玉1号整精米率下降,垩白率和垩白度呈下降趋势,播期推迟对整精米率和垩白度影响差异显著,但播期推迟显著提高稻米的峰值黏度和崩解值,改善稻米的食味品质。 To investigate the effects of different sowing date on yield and quality of Jinxiangyu1,experiment with three sowing dates:05-15(S1),05-25(S2),06-05(S3)were conducted.The results showed that sowing date had a significant effect on yield,quality and other indicators.The effective panicle number was increased with the delay of sowing date,grain number per panicle,seed-setting rate,1000-grain weight and yield was decreased,and the effects on total number of seeds and yield were significantly different between sowing dates and varieties.The head milled rice rate was decreased with the delay of sowing date,the chalky kernel rate and chalkiness were decreased.There was a significant difference in the head milled rice rate and chalkiness between sowing dates and varieties.Late sowing enhanced the peak viscosity and breakdown value,thus improved the eating quality.The results suggest that moderate late sowing could deprove yield and processing quality of Jinxiangyu1,but improve appearance quality,improve RVA characteristics and the eating quality.
