新时代教师教学素养研究:基本内涵、结构要素与提升策略

摘要 随着时代的发展和教育教学改革的不断推进,对教师的教学素养提出了更高的要求。教师作为教育教学的主力军,在学校教育中承担着人才培养的重任,而其教学素养同样是影响课堂教学质量和学生核心素养培育的重要因素。为培养学生的学科核心素养,提高课堂教学质量,教师须持续提升自身的教学素养。因此,本研究从教师教学素养的价值意义、内涵特征、要素结构方面来阐释新时代提升教师教学素养的迫切性,并在此基础上从国家、学校和教师自身三个层面探讨提升教师教学素养的有效策略和路径。 With the development of the times and the continuous promotion of education and teaching reform,higher requirements have been put forward for teachers'teaching literacy.As the main force of education and teaching,teachers bear the heavy responsibility of talent cultivation in school education,and their teaching literacy is also an important factor affecting the quality of classroom teaching and the cultivation of students'core literacy.In order to cultivate students'subject core literacy and improve the quality of classroom teaching,teachers must continuously improve their own teaching literacy.Therefore,this study explains the urgency of improving teachers'teaching literacy in the new era in terms of its value,connotation and structure,and summarizes effective strategies and paths to improve teachers'teaching literacy at three levels:the nation,the school and the teacher.
