“双减”时代家校社协同育人的目标、实践阻力与破解路径 被引量:2

摘要 “双减”政策提出要完善家校社共育机制,明确家校社共育责任,丰富家校社共育交流方式,拓展家校社共育途径,打造家校社协同育人共同体。而家校社协同育人的目标就是实现全体学生的全面发展、构建良好的教育新生态、有效整合教育资源。但在实践过程中也存在一些阻力,致使共育效果甚微。为有效实施家校社共育,家校社三方应该在教育目标上达成共识,创新家校社协同育人的合作机制,明晰家校社共育权责主体,改革中小学教育评价体系,实现社会教育资源均衡化,以期帮助家庭、学校、社会提升家校社协同育人胜任力,形成教育合力,让“双减”政策真正落地。 The"double reduction"policy proposes to improve the mechanism of family-school-society cooperative education,clarify the responsibility of home-school community co-parenting,enrich the communication methods of family-school-society cooperative education,expand the channels of family-school-society cooperative education,and build a family-school-society cooperative educational community.But there are some obstacles in the practical process,resulting in little effect of co-education.In order to effectively implement homeschool-community cooperative education,the three parties should reach a consensus on the educational goals,innovate the cooperative mechanism,clarify the subject of responsibilities and rights,reform the primary and secondary school education evaluation system,and realize the equalization of social educational resources,so as to help families,schools and society improve the competence of family-school-society cooperative education,form educational resultant force,and implement the"double reduction"policy effectively.
