习作教学是落实义务教育语文课程标准要求、培养学生语文学科核心素养的重要途径。小学习作起步教学要立足学生核心素养发展,结合学段特点和要求,努力探索有效教学策略,从而引导学生在真实的语言运用情境当中,通过积极的习作实践,积累语言经验,体会语言文字的特点和规律,帮助学生树立文化自信,加强语言运用能力,提高思维能力,推进审美创造,充分发挥习作教学立德树人的育人功能。
