Research on the Law of Cognitive Thinking in Investigation

侦查人员的认知思维活动是各异的,不同的侦查人员在认知功能上会有截然不同的倾向,即使是同一个侦查人员的认知思维,也体现出层层递进的流程和提前筛选、投入、情绪平衡、自我维护等多个系统。通过对侦查认知活动的内在运转机理予以抽象和描绘,可以解析侦查人员认知思维活动的复杂性。侦查认知思维活动的运转机理可概括为三步骤、三阶段、三层级三种规律。所谓“三步骤”是指侦查认知过程大多分为思维输入、思维输出、思维反馈三个接续相连的步骤;所谓“三阶段”是指侦查人员的认知思维一般都会经历从感性具体到思维抽象再到思维具体的螺旋式上升阶段;所谓“三层级”是指侦查认知过程经过了思维的选择、重构、模拟三个循序渐进的层级。

The cognitive thinking activities of investigators are different,and there will be very different tendencies in cognitive functions.Even for the same investigator,his cognitive thinking will also reflect the progressive process and multiple systems such as early screening,input,emotional balance,and self-maintenance.Abstracting and depicting the internal operation mechanism of investigation cognitive activities can analyze the complexity of investigators'cognitive thinking activities.The operation mechanism of investigation cognitive thinking activities can be summarized as three steps,three stages and three levels.The"three steps"'refers to the investigation of the cognitive process is mostly divided into thinking input,thinking output,thinking feedback three consecutive steps.The"three-stage"means that the cognitive thinking of investigators generally goes through a spiral rising stage from perceptual concrete to abstract thinking and then to concrete thinking.The"three-level"refers to the investigation of the cognitive process through the choice of thinking,reconbstruction,simulation of the three progressive levels.
