Progress and Enlightenment of Economic Research on Occupational Safety of Medical Personnel

目的分析医务人员职业安全经济学在国内外的研究和发展现状,对我国医务人员职业安全经济学发展提出建议。方法检索中英文数据库关于医务人员职业安全相关文献,并对检索文献进行筛选、分析和总结。结果国外文献主要关注职业伤害的成本测算和预防措施的成本效益分析;国内文献聚焦于医务人员职业暴露因素分析及防护对策,而对经济学原理和方法视角下的医务人员职业伤害研究关注不足。结论建议我国重视医务人员职业伤害以及因医务人员职业伤害产生的成本损失,从经济学角度积极开展研究,采用成本效益分析法为临床医疗提供最佳策略选择。

Objective To analyze the research and development status of the economics of occupational safety of medical staff at home and abroad,and to put forward suggestions on the development of the economics of occupational safety of medical staff in China.Methods Literature on occupational safety of medical personnel was searched in Chinese and English databases,and the literature was screened,analyzed and summarized.Results Foreign literature mainly focuses on the cost calculation of occupational injury and the cost-benefit analysis of preventive measures,while domestic literature focuses on the analysis of occupational exposure factors and protective measures of medical personnel,while the research on occupational injury of medical personnel from the perspective of economic principles and methods is insufficient.Conclusion It is suggested that China should pay more attention to the occupational injury of medical personnel and the cost loss caused by the occupational injury of medical personnel,actively carry out research from the perspective of economics,and provide the best strategy choice for clinical medical treatment with cost-benefit analysis.
