江苏省急诊护士灾害护理能力现状调查与影响因素分析

Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Emergency Nurses'Disaster Nursing Ability in Jiangsu Province

目的了解江苏省急诊护士灾害护理能力现状,分析影响因素,为构建江苏省急诊护士灾害护理培训模式提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法,于2022年8月选取江苏省121家医院880名急诊科护士进行灾害护理能力调查。使用SPSS 25.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果江苏省急诊护士灾害护理能力总分为(210.90±35.23)分,各维度得分率从高到低依次为备灾能力(77.9%)、应对能力(77.0%)、恢复/重建能力(75.6%)、减灾/预防能力(73.7%)。职称、医院等级、现有知识及技能能否适应灾害救援现场、是否接受过灾害护理相关培训、是否经历过灾害事件是急诊护士灾害护理能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论江苏省急诊护士灾害护理能力有待提高。应建立以岗位胜任力为核心的灾害护理培训制度,优化配置应急医疗救援资源,完善灾害护理培训内容与形式等。

Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of emergency nurses'disaster nursing ability in Jiangsu Province,and to provide guidance for the construction of disaster nursing training model for emergency nurses in Jiangsu Province.Methods A convenient sampling method was used to investigate the disaster nursing ability of 880 nurses in Emergency Department from 121 hospitals in Jiangsu Province in August 2022.SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results The total score of emergency nurses'disaster nursing ability in Jiangsu Province was(210.90±35.23),and the scoring rates of all dimensions were disaster preparedness ability(77.9%),response ability(77.0%),recovery/reconstruction ability(75.6%),and disaster reduction/prevention ability(73.7%)in order from high to low.Professional title,hospital grade,whether existing knowledge and skills can adapt to disaster rescue site,whether they have received disaster nursing training,and whether they have experienced disaster events were the influencing factors of emergency nurses'disaster nursing ability(P<0.05).Conclusion The disaster nursing ability of emergency nurses in Jiangsu Province still needs to be improved.It is necessary to speed up the construction of disaster nursing personnel system and training system in Jiangsu Province,balance the allocation of emergency medical rescue resources,and pay attention to emergency nurses'disaster relief practice.
