新疆馕产业发展分析

摘要 作为极具地方民族特色的食品产业,馕产业首次被列入新疆“十四五”规划纲要十大重点产业,这意味着将在“十四五”期间推进馕产业建设,进一步发挥其在乡村振兴中的重要作用。目前馕产业已形成一定的规模和多元化的发展模式,有效地拉动了就业和带动上下游产业发展。从产业链视角看,馕产业从研发设计、仓储运输到多元化营销体系,发展仍处于初级阶段。同时,新疆馕产业发展水平受到品牌化水平低、疆外市场占有率低、创新性技术普及性低等问题制约。应加大培育龙头企业、实行差异化战略、加大市场开拓深度、构建多元化的营销体系来提升新疆馕产业发展水平。 As a food industry with strong local ethnic characteristics,naan industry has been included in the ten key industries of Xinjiang in the 14th Five-Year Plan for the first time,which means that the construction of naan industry will be promoted in the 14th Five-Year Plan period,and its important role in rural revitalisation will be further exploited.Role.At present,the naan industry has formed a certain scale and diversified development mode,effectively pulling employment and driving the development of upstream and downstream industries.From the perspective of the industrial chain,the development of the naan industry from R&D and design,warehousing and transport to the diversified marketing system is still in the primary stage.At the same time,the level of development of the naan industry in Xinjiang is constrained by the low level of branding,low market share outside Xinjiang,and low popularity of innovative technologies.We should increase the cultivation of leading enterprises,implement differentiation strategy,increase the depth of market development,and build a diversified marketing system to enhance the development level of Xinjiang naan industry.
