摘要
在老龄化进程持续加速的背景下,人们由传统的养老方式逐步转向社会养老,社会对养老服务的需求不断增加。养老护理员作为养老服务的主要提供者,在我国养老事业发展中发挥着关键作用。目前我国养老护理员面临职业认同难题,不仅对养老机构的服务质量造成影响,也阻碍了养老护理员职业化、专业化的发展。通过对湖北Y福利院养老护理员的职业认同感现状进行调查,全面了解养老护理员这一群体的需求和问题,并利用社会工作专业方法为其提供服务,达到增加职业认同感、稳定护理员队伍的目的,促使我国养老服务走向高质量发展阶段,推进中国式人口现代化。
Against the background of the continuous acceleration of the aging process,people are gradually shifting from the traditional way of old-age care to social old-age care,and the social demand for old-age care services is increasing.As the main provider of elderly care services,elderly caregivers play a key role in the development of China's elderly care business.However,at present,China's elderly caregivers are faced with the problem of professional identity,which not only affects the service quality of elderly care institutions,but also hinders the development of the professionalisation and specialisation of elderly caregivers.By investigating the current situation of professional identity of elderly caregivers in Hubei Y Welfare Institution,we comprehensively understand the needs and problems of this group of elderly caregivers,and provide services for them by using the professional methods of social work to achieve the purpose of increasing the sense of professional identity and stabilising the caregivers'team,which will prompt China's elderly care services to move towards the stage of high-quality development and promote the modernisation of Chinese-style population.
