短视频文化输出的三重维度与实践进路

摘要 短视频作为信息化时代的产物,已经日益融入人们学习、工作和生活的各个领域中。用户在短视频上所花费的时间比其他社交媒体要多出许多,成为名副其实的“消磨”他们碎片化时间的第一“利器”,导致短视频的正性价值未能有效发挥,用户也未获得内在意义上的使用价值。在新时代,要延展短视频正性价值的应然性,表征用户使用价值的实然性,坚定文化强国建设的必然性,让短视频文化输出可能、可为。通过合理叙事、创新内容、潜心创作和媒体融合等方式,一以贯之地坚定传播中国文化、讲好中国故事的初心来打造匠心视频,让短视频发挥文化输出的效能。 As a product of the information age,short videos have been increasingly integrated into various fields of people's study,work and life.Users spend much more time on short videos than on other social media,and it has become the first"tool"to"kill"their fragmented time,which leads to the failure of the positive value of short videos to be played effectively,and the users do not get the intrinsic Usage value.In the new era,it is necessary to extend the positive value of short videos,characterise the actuality of users'use value,and firmly establish the inevitability of the construction of a strong cultural country,so as to make the cultural output of short videos possible and feasible.Through rational narrative,innovative content,dedicated creation and media integration,we should consistently build artisanal videos with the firm intention of spreading Chinese culture and telling Chinese stories,so that short videos can play the efficacy of cultural output.
