摘要
嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM是一个全球范围内研究和应用相对较多的益生菌菌株,本文通过检索分析2021年12月31日前公开发表的国内外相关文献(包含细胞、动物和人群研究),系统综述了嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM的安全性和对肠道菌群、肠道功能、免疫功能、上呼吸道感染等的调节作用。
Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM is a well-researched and widely-used probiotic strain around the world.Literature searching was performed for related articles published before December 31,2021 in seven different databases,including in vitro,in vivo studies and human trials.The safety of Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM and its effects on gut microbiota,intestinal function,immune function and upper respiratory tract infection were systematically reviewed.
