2021年新疆疾病预防控制机构工作人员消毒工作能力现状分析

Analysis of disinfection ability of staff in disease control and prevention institutions in Xinjiang,2021

目的了解2021年新疆维吾尔自治区各级疾病预防控制机构(简称疾控机构)工作人员消毒知识掌握情况与工作能力现状,为消毒人员的技能培训工作提供参考。方法按照南疆、北疆和东疆地理分布,抽取全疆及市(县)三级疾控机构消毒工作人员,采用网络问卷与纸质问卷相结合的方式,开展知晓率等调查,并以单因素及多因素Logistic分析其影响因素。结果共调查475人,消毒基本知识及预防控制措施的总体知晓283人、知晓率60.19%;单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析结果均显示,学历、是否接受培训和科室是消毒知识知晓率的影响因素;疾控机构人员学历以专科和本科为主、占94.74%,南疆、北疆和东疆人员学历构成差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=77.825,P<0.01),南疆人员学历最低且以专科为主、占65.75%。结论人员消毒工作能力现状有待提高,需要加强消毒基本概念、消毒剂的分类等相关内容培训。消毒专职人员及高级职称人员数量不足,建议鼓励在职专业技术人员参加继续教育提升学历,加强消毒专业队伍建设和科室设置,针对不同地区、不同层级人员,有侧重和针对性地开展培训,并重视培训效果,以考促培。

Objective To understand the situation of mastering the disinfection knowledge and working ability of staff in the disease control and prevention institutions in Xinjiang,2021,and provide reference for the technical training of disinfection personnel.Methods According to the geographical distribution of south,north and east of Xinjiang,the disinfection staff were selected in the disease control and prevention institutions graded as three levels of the region,city and county.The awareness rate was investigated by the method of combination of online questionnaire and paper questionnaire.The influencing factors were analyzed by univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Results A total of 475 staffs were surveyed,with overall awareness of basic knowledge of disinfection and preventive measures in 283 staffs,and the awareness rate of 60.19%.The results of univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed the educational background,receiving training or not and department were the influencing factors of the awareness rate of disinfection knowledge.The junior college and undergraduate were the main education background of the staffs in disease control and prevention institutions,accounting for 94.74%.There was statistical difference(χ^(2)=77.825,P0.01)among the education background in south,north and east of Xinjiang.The level of educational background was the lowest,and the junior college was mainly with the proportion of 65.75%.Conclusions The current situation of the disinfection ability of personnel needs to be improved,and the training of the knowledge of basic concept of disinfection and the classification of disinfectants need to be strengthened.The number of disinfection professionals and those with senior professional titles is insufficient.It is suggested to encourage the on-the-job professional and technical personnel joining the continuing education for the improvement of qualifications,strengthen the construction of professional disinfection teams and the configuration of departments.The training should be pointedly carried out with focus for different regions and different levels of personnel.The effect of training should be paid attention,and training could be improved with the examination.
