摘要
我国推动经济高质量发展,亟待打造一支与其相匹配的高技能产业工人队伍,但实现此目标并非一朝一夕之功,需要从生命周期的角度对产业工人的技能进行全方位提升。当前,由于校企合作、师徒制、激励机制、公共服务等方面存在诸多难题,产业工人技能提升的效果大打折扣。N市在产业工人的技能引入、技能提升、技能成熟阶段已经积累了一定的经验。以此为鉴,应从构筑多部门协调联动体系、激发企业技能提升动力、完善公共服务体系等方面全方位提升产业工人的技能水平。
In order to promote high-quality economic development in China,it is urgent to create a matched team of highly skilled industrial workers.However,achieving the goal is not an overnight success,and it is necessary to comprehensively improve the skills of industrial workers from the perspective of the entire life cycle.Currently,there are many difficulties in school-enterprise cooperation,apprenticeship,incentive mechanisms,public services and other aspects,which greatly reduce the effectiveness of industrial workers' skills upgrading.N City has accumulated some experience in the introduction,upgrading and maturity stages of industrial workers' skills.It should take this as a reference to build a multi-sector joint promotion system,stimulate the motivation for enterprises' skills upgrading,and improve the public service system to comprehensively improve the skills level of industrial workers.
