摘要
职业教育适应性发展呈现出与技能转型相互影响的动态特征。面向技能转型的职业教育适应性发展面临着劳动力技能结构从认知技能到非认知技能、从技术应用到技术驯化转型的时代语境。囿于职业教育课程与工作世界的二元分离、职业学校与雇主协同育人体系的缺失、人人拥有技能的包容性社会尚未建立等现实制约,职业教育陷入与技能转型脱嵌的不适困境。实现与技能转型共生,加强课程内容与工作世界的关联、建构职业学校与雇主协同育人的生态体系、打造人人参与的技能人才成长体系,是职业教育适应性发展的关键。
The adaptive development of vocational education presents dynamic characteristics that interact with skills transformation.The adaptive development of vocational education for skills transformation is faced with the context of the era of the transformation of labor skill structure from cognitive skills to non-cognitive skills,from technology application to technology domestication skills.Constrained by the binary differentiation between vocational education courses and the world of work,the lack of a collaborative education system between vocational schools and employers,and the lack of an inclusive society in which everyone has skills,vocational education has fallen into the dilemma of being de-embedded from skills transformation.Achieving coexistence with skills transformation,increasing the connection between course contents and the world of work,constructing an ecosystem of collaborative education between vocational schools and employers,and creating a growth system for skilled talents that everyone participates in are the keys to the adaptive development of vocational education.
